The RT7081A is a two-Vin-one application specific IC (ASIC) designed for the motor control, specially used in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) and Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. This ASIC is highly integrated with a three-phase motor controller, a gate driver, three bootstrap diodes and LDOs.

This ASIC integrates the ARM 32-bit Cortex-M0 core to perform Filed-Oriented Control (FOC) and sensorless control with peripheral circuits which provide great benefits to users with cost-effectiveness, easy design, board space saving and high reliability.
