RT9008 是具有軟啟動功能的寬輸入、低壓差電壓調節控制器，它通過驅動外部 N-MOSFET 實現其功能，可在 4.5V~13.5V 的 VCC 電壓範圍內工作。借助其靈活的架構和寬闊的輸入電壓範圍，可滿足多種應用的需要。通過調節外部電容的大小，其軟啟動功能可降低輸入端衝擊電流的大小。其封裝為 SOT-23-6。
