RT9053A 是高性能的 400mA 低壓差線性穩壓器，其靜態電流消耗僅 42μA，可最大程度地延長電池使用時間。它可與低 ESR 陶瓷電容配合穩定工作，對板面空間要求不高，有利於掌上型無線設備的設計工作。RT9053A 在關機模式下的電流消耗僅 0.7μA，其直通壓降低，輸出電壓精度高，還有電流限制保護功能。其封裝為 SOT-23-5 和 WDFN-6L 2x2 。
