The RT7081 is a two-in-one application specific IC (ASIC) designed for the motor control, specially used in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) and Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. This ASIC is highly integrated with a three-phase motor controller, a gate driver, three bootstrap diodes and LDOs.<br /><br />This ASIC integrates the ARM 32-bit Cortex-M0 core to perform Filed-Oriented Control (FOC) and sensorless control with peripheral circuits which provide great benefits to users with cost-effectiveness, easy design, board space saving and high reliability.<br /><br />The recommended junction temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, and the ambient temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
