DDR5 Server VR on DIMM PMIC

RTQ5152 is a DDR5 RDIMM/MRDIMM PMIC designed with 4 buck converters and 3 LDOs. SWA and SWB support both single-phase and dual-phase operation, with selectable I²C/I³C interfaces. It features built-in protection, fault event recording, CAMP/GSI_n indicators, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
