RT7736为电流模式PWM控制器，内含斜率补偿，具有前缘遮蔽 (LEB)和逐周期电流限制特性。它RT7736具有出色的省电性能，特别是轻载与空载的操作条件下，可简化设计，降低外部元件数量。
该控制器具有完整的安全保护机制，包括欠压闭锁(UVLO)、过压保护(OVP)、超载保护(OLP)、次级侧整流器短路保护(SRSP)、电流检测引脚开路保护以及逐周期电流限制。
RT7736为笔记本计算机电源适配器应用提供了性价比高、结构紧凑的解决方案，其封装为SOT-23-6。
