RT9302 是高性能的定電流 LED 驅動器，可對3只 LED 進行驅動，使它們以相同的電流進行工作。每個 LED 通道的電流可達 20mA，精度可達1%，通道間的匹配誤差在 0.7%以內。RT9302 提供16級亮度調節功能，LED 電流可在 1.25mA~20mA 之間進行設定，只需在 EN 端施加脈衝信號即可實現。只要 EN 端的信號被拉低超過 20μs，流過 LED 的電流即可被關斷，關斷以後的典型漏電流僅有 4μA。RT9302 的封裝是 TSOT-23-8，其最大高度為 1mm 。
