RT9030

RT9030 是高性能的 150mA 低压差线性稳压器，具有很高的 PSRR 指标和超低的压差，是便携式射频应用的理想选择。RT9030 的静态电流仅 25μA，对延长电池寿命有帮助；可与低 ESR 的陶瓷电容配合工作，占用空间小。RT9030 在关机模式下仅消耗约 0.7μA 的电流，其启动过程快，耗时仅需最多 40μs。它还具有超低压差、高输出精度、电流限制保护和高涟波抑制比。它的封装有 SC-70-5 和 WDFN-1.6x1.6 两种。
