RT9030

RT9030 是高性能的 150mA 低壓差線性穩壓器，具有很高的 PSRR 指標和超低的壓差，是可擕式射頻應用的理想選擇。RT9030 的靜態電流僅 25μA，對延長電池壽命有幫助；可與低 ESR 的陶瓷電容配合工作，佔用空間小。RT9030 在關機模式下僅消耗約 0.7μA 的電流，其啟動過程快，耗時僅需最多 40μs。它還具有超低壓差、高輸出精度、電流限制保護和高漣波抑制比。它的封裝有 SC-70-5 和 WDFN-1.6x1.6 兩種。
