400mA 低压差可调线性稳压器

RT9053A

RT9053A 是高性能的 400mA 低压差线性稳压器，其静态电流消耗仅 42μA，可最大程度地延长电池使用时间。它可与低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，对板面空间要求不高，有利于掌上型无线设备的设计工作。RT9053A 在关机模式下的电流消耗仅 0.7μA，其直通压降低，输出电压精度高，还有电流限制保护功能。其封装为 SOT-23-5 和 WDFN-6L 2x2 。
