RT9077

RT9077 是一款具有始能控制功能的低壓差線性穩壓器，其功能提供的好處包含高達14V的輸入電壓、低壓差、低功耗操作及小型化的封裝。
其低靜態電流和幾乎零電流關閉的特性，是理想的電池供電設備以延長使用壽命。RT9077在3.5V~14V的寬輸入電壓範圍和輸出負載電流（0mA至200mA）的範圍下可穩定相容於輸出陶瓷電容。
