RT9161/RT9161A

RT9161/A 是输出电压恒定的低压差线性稳压器，在全负载范围内的静态电流消耗大约为 110μA，其宽输入电压范围可覆盖大部分应用的需要，内建的电流限制和热限制功能可抵御多种应用中的故障状态。为方便使用，RT9161/A 使用常见的三端封装如 SOT-223(300mA)、SOT-89(300mA)、SOT-223(500mA) 和 TO-92 供货。
