RT9711A / B / C / D 为高性价比、低电压、单 N-MOSFET 的高侧电源开关，适用于自供电 (self-powered) 和总线供电 (bus- powered) 的串行总线 (USB) 应用。RT9711 系列都配备了电荷泵电路来驱动内部 MOSFET 开关。开关的 80mΩ 低 RDS(ON) 符合 USB 压降要求。具有一个输出指示信号来表示错误状况给 USB 控制器。其它特点包括插入时的软启动，用来限制涌入电流、过热关断，用来防止开关因高电流负载造成的严重失效、欠压锁定 (UVLO)，确保有有效的输入电压出现前，IC 保持关机、双埠 (RT9711A/B) 的故障电流限制在 2.5A (典型值)，单埠 (RT9711C/D) 限制在 1A，符合 USB 的电源要求、25μA 低静态电流使该元件非常适用于可携式电池供电的设备。RT9711 系列提供 SOT-23-5、TSOT- 23-5、SOP -8 和 MSOP -8 适用于不同板子的应用。
