RT5753 是输入电压范围为 2.5V-6V、负载能力为 3A、简单易用的同步 Buck 转换器，其参考电压为 0.6V，集成低 R_DS(ON) MOSFET 功率开关，使用 WDFN-8L 2x2 和 WDFN-8SL 2x2 封装。
RT5753 使用改进型固定导通时间（ACOT^®）控制架构，瞬态响应速度快，外围元件少，在各种工作条件下的工作频率都几乎保持不变。轻载条件下，RT5753A/C/E/F 自动运行于 PSM 工作模式以维持其高转换效率，RT5753B/D 则以强制 PWM 模式工作已确保满足电压调整精度的要求。
RT5753 在上下桥都实施电流检测以实现强劲的过流保护性能，逐周期实施的电流限制保护可确保器件在输出端短路、过流和电感饱和等情形下也不会造成灾难性的后果，内建的软启动功能可避免出现启动时出现电流冲击，它还同时具备输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过压保护（RT5753AL/BL/CL/DL/EL/FL）和过热保护功能，可在各种工作条件下确保安全、平稳地运行。
