RT6219 是采用 ACOT^® 控制架构的同步 Buck 转换器，无需使用外部补偿元件即可拥有极快的瞬态响应特性。它可在 5V~23V 输入电压范围内工作，具有过流保护、欠压保护、过压保护等保护特性，还有 1.5ms 的软启动设计和开漏 Power Good 指示信号输出。
