RT6220

RT6220是采用改进型固定导通时间ACOT^®控制架构的同步Buck转换器，无需使用外部补偿元件而具有快速的瞬态响应能力，可在4.5V~23V输入电压下工作，具有过流保护、欠压保护、过压保护等完备的保护性设计，内建1.5ms软启动时间，提供开漏的Power Good指示信号输出。
