RT6230是採用改進型固定導通時間ACOT^®控制架構的同步Buck轉換器，週邊元件少，瞬態回應速度快，工作電壓範圍為6V~23V，具備過流保護、欠壓保護和過壓保護等完善的保護功能設計。它還具有內置的1.5ms軟啟動時間，有一個開漏的Power Good信號輸出。
