RT6268 為高效率，單片式的非同步整流DC/DC轉換器，輸入電壓範圍從7V至36V，輸出電流可達3.7A。RT6268具有內部補償機制的電流模式架構，為車用5V充電應用中，大範圍負載變化以及輸出電容的最佳化解決方案。逐週期形式的限流機制可在輸出短路時提供電路保護作用，緩啟動機制則可消除啟動瞬間的輸入電流湧浪的問題。此外RT6268提供輸出過電壓保護，輸出低電壓保護與過熱關機保護功能，低電流(<3μA)的關機模式則可斷開與輸出的連接，實現簡易的電池供電系統中的電源管理。RT6268採用SOP-8(裸露焊盤)的封裝規格。
