RT7259为内部集成了用于高端的功率MOSFET与对低端功率MOSFET的闸极驱动电路的同步整流DC/DC降压型转压器，输入范围4.5V至24V时，可输出电流达10A。RT7259的电流模式架构与可因应大范围的输入与负载变化的瞬时响应进行优化的补偿。逐周期形式的限流机制可在输出短路时提供电路保护作用，缓启动机制则可消除启动瞬间的输入电流涌浪的问题。此外，RT7259可由外部的时序信号进行频率300kHz至1.5MHz范围内的同步操作。RT7259采用WDFN-14L 4x3的封装规格。
