RT8251

RT8251為內建功率級MOSFET的DC/DC單晶片轉換器，可在寬輸入電壓範圍內達到5A的連續電流輸出，並具有良好的負載與電源電壓調節率，電流模式操作提供快速的暫態回應與簡易的迴路穩定架構。此外並提供了逐週期形式的限流機制與熱關斷保護功能，操作于關機模式時，只有25μA的低電流消耗。另可藉由所自行設計的緩啟動機制，降低啟動時產生過大的輸入電湧與輸出電壓峰值。RT8251只需要少數的外部元件，並支援WQFN-16L 3x3 與SOP-8 (裸露焊盤) 兩種封裝。
