RT9277/D 是高性能、低噪声、工作频率恒定的升压型 DC/DC 转换器，其输入电压范围为 2.5V~5.5V，输出电压可高达 16V 。使用外部补偿电路的电流模式控制架构使之易于实现系统稳定，同时又不失其灵活性。其具有的软启动功能将启动过程对供电系统的冲击降到了最小，内建的低 RDS(ON) MOSFET 提供了高转换效率。可选择的 640kHz 和 1.2MHz 工作频率为使用小型电感、取得最高效率和最低成本提供了灵活性。RT9277C/D还提供了众多的保护功能如欠压锁定、过流保护和过热保护等。
