RT8101/A为内建支持12V + 12V自举式驱动的同步降压型 DC/DC PWM 控制器，功能包含电压调节、电能监控及保护功能并整合于SOP-8 、SOP-8 (裸露焊脚)的小型封装。RT8101/A采用高增益电压模式PWM控制以适用于简易的应用设计。内建的0.8V参考电压允许输出能更准确的达到低电压输出的需求。RT8101与RT8101A分别为固定操作频率300kHz 与 600kHz的两种版本，除了上述共同特色外，均可提供优化的效率、组件数量与低价位的解决方案。
