RT8101/A為內建支援12V + 12V自舉式驅動的同步降壓型 DC/DC PWM 控制器，功能包含電壓調節、電能監控及保護功能並整合於SOP-8 、SOP-8 (裸露焊腳)的小型封裝。RT8101/A採用高增益電壓模式PWM控制以適用於簡易的應用設計。內建的0.8V參考電壓允許輸出能更準確的達到低電壓輸出的需求。RT8101與RT8101A分別為固定操作頻率300kHz 與 600kHz的兩種版本，除了上述共同特色外，均可提供優化的效率、元件數量與低價位的解決方案。
