RT8115A為一款輸入電壓5V/12V的高效率單相同步降壓型DC/DC控制器，採用Green Voltage Mode (GVMTM)控制，可以提高輕負載條件下轉換器的效率。在輕載條件下，IC自動操作在diode emulation mode，該模式以恆定導通時間PFM操作以降低開關頻率，進而提高轉換效率。隨著負載電流的增大，RT8115A會工作在 continuous conduction mode ，以固定頻率PWM操作。由於RT8115A嵌入了MOSFET柵極驅動器，因此具有較高的驅動能力，可支持的驅動電壓高達12V的高輸出電流的應用。RT8115A採用無損低側MOSFET RDS(ON)電流檢測技術的過電流保護，閾值可由LGATE引腳(LGOCS)設定。其它特點包括電源良好指示、始能/停止控制和內部軟啟動。RT8115A還提供了故障保護功能，以保護功率級的輸出。上述功能為客戶提供高效率且具有成本效益的電源轉換解決方案。RT8115A提供WDFN-10L 3x3封裝。
