RT8124A为用于驱动两组N-MOSFET的单相同步降压型 DC/DC PWM 控制器，可提供高精确率、可设计的输出电压，可藉由内部的0.6V 参考电压以因应低调节电压的需求。RT8120应用单反饋的PWM电压模式控制以因应快速的瞬时响应。高驱动能力使它适用于大输出电流应用。恒定的操作频率300kHz降低了所需外加电感与电容的元件大小并节省PCB面积。RT8124A整合了过电流保护、过电压保护、欠电压保护以及过热保护于WDFN-10L 3x3封装。
