RT8125P 省略掉了传统电流模式PWM 控制架构需要的电流检测电阻，在降低了成本的同时又收获了高效率，更因具备驱动大型同步整流MOSFET 的能力而强化了其效率表现，可以最高的效率直接将电池高电压转换为低电压。它提供具有 1% 精度的 0.8V 参考电压输出，在高精度输出的应用中具有最低 1mA 的电流吐纳能力
