RT8237F为提供高效率、优越的瞬时回应与高直流输出稳定度的降压型PWM 控制器,适用于电池降压供电予笔记本电脑内部具有低压电源需求的CPU核心、I/O与RAM芯片等应用。PWM的固定导通时间架构可允许较广的输入/输出电压比,并可在固定的切换频率下提供100ns "instant-on" 的负载响应特性。RT8237F 具备高效率并可不必装设以往传统PWM电流模式所必要的电流感测电阻以达到低电路设计成本的优势,并可藉由驱动同步整流MOSFET并进入二极管仿效模式以达到轻载状态的高效率表现。其降压转换特性允许装置电池达到最高效率的条件下进行高低压转换。可默认的频率选择功能可降低应用新设计时所需要额外耗费的设计资源。RT8237F 为专用于CPU核心、DRAM或其他需要低于0.7V的应用设计。RT8237F支持WDFN-10L 3x3 封装。
