The RTQ7685 is a monolithic half-bridge that integrates the synchronous MOSFETs and the gate drivers. It is capable of delivering up to 25A output current across a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V.With the integration of gate drivers and MOSFETs into a monolithic structure, the RTQ7685 achieves high-efficiency performance through the optimization of driver control delay timings, as well as the minimization of parasitic inductance and dead time.The RTQ7685 features a real-time current reporting function with an IMON gain of 5μA/A. Additionally, it provides the capability to monitor junction temperature through the TMON circuit. Available in a WQFN-21L 3x4 (FC) package, the RTQ7685 is designed to operate within a recommended junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
