RT9612A/B 是專為一般 MOSFET 驅動的應用和高性能 CPU VR 驅動能力設計的高頻、同步整流的單相 MOSFET 驅動器，能使用於 VCC = 5V 或 VCC = 12V 的應用。RT9612A/B 內置一個內部電源開關來代替外部靴帶式二極體。開關頻率最高可達 500kHz。RT9612A/B 同時具有 UGATE 和 LGATE 的驅動電路，能支援同步整流 DC/DC 轉換器的應用。驅動上升/下降時間皆在 30ns 之內，且擊穿保護 (Shoot Through Protection) 是用來防止上下橋間功率開關的擊穿現象。RT9612A/B 具有三態 PWM 輸入和輸入關機功能，可以強制驅動器輸出變成高阻抗。RT9612A 和 RT9612B 的差異為傳播延遲，tUGATEpdh。相較於 RT9612B，RT9612B 有較大的 tUGATEpdh。因此，RT9612A 通常被推薦用於高功率密度 CPU VR 或 GPU VR 等，效率導向的應用。RT9612A/B 提供 SOP-8、SOP-8 (散熱焊盤)、WDFN-8EL 3x3 和 WDFN-8L 2x2 封裝。
