RT9624E 是支持高頻工作的同步整流、單相 Buck 的 MOSFET 驅動器，滿足一般 MOSFET 驅動應用的需求，更適合高性能 CPU 電源的驅動需求。其工作電壓範圍為 4.5V~13.2V，被其驅動的功率級的輸入電壓範圍可達 5V~24V。它的內部集成了代替外部自舉二極體的功率開關，可支援高達 500kHz 的開關工作頻率，同時具備同步整流 DC/DC 轉換器需要的上下橋驅動電路，具有避免上下橋同時貫通的保護機制。它有由 PWM 輸入的第三態導致的關機和由 EN 輸入導致的關機功能，它們都可同時使上下橋驅動信號進入低電平狀態。其封裝為 WDFN-8L 3x3。
