RT9045 是简易的、具有成本效益的高速线性稳压器，设计用于生成符合 DDR 内存系统需求的总线终端电压，具有 1.8A 电流吐纳能力，输出误差在 20mV 以内。它的输出电压可以紧密跟踪 VDDQ / 2，这只需要两只分压电阻的配合；也可以强制性地在 REFEN 端加入希望的电压，使之成为跟踪的目标。
RT9045 采用了高速差分放大器，可对输入、负载的瞬变提供超快的响应。此外，它还具有初始片电压偏移量极低、负载调节性能极好、双向的电流限制和过热关机保护等特性。
