RT9045 是簡易的、具有成本效益的高速線性穩壓器，設計用於生成符合 DDR 記憶體系統需求的匯流排終端電壓，具有 1.8A 電流吐納能力，輸出誤差在 20mV 以內。它的輸出電壓可以緊密跟蹤 VDDQ / 2，這只需要兩隻分壓電阻的配合；也可以強制性地在 REFEN 端加入希望的電壓，使之成為跟蹤的目標。
RT9045 採用了高速差分放大器，可對輸入、負載的瞬變提供超快的回應。此外，它還具有初始片電壓偏移量極低、負載調節性能極好、雙向的電流限制和過熱關機保護等特性。
