R7732 系列产品是 R7730/1 的后继产品，并与至今大多数在市场上的 SOT-23-6 产品完全兼容。它是一款增强型，有高性能和电流模式的 PWM 控制器。它的优点是在不同的应用中 "容易设计"，且节省设计成本与外部组件。除了在特性部分所示的一般特点之外，R7732 包含各样的保护选项在内，如内部的超载保护（OLP）、过压保护（OVP），可省去外部保护电路。此外，它还有次级整流器短路保护（SRSP）和 CS 接脚开路保护。这些保护电路使得要设计可靠、安全的电源系统更为容易。R7732 具备成本低和体积小的特点，是专为 NB 适配器的电源供应所设计的。借着简单的电路，即可实现精确的外部过压保护（OVP）和过热保护（OTP）。启动电阻也可以由泄流电阻 (bleeder resistor) 来取代，以节省功率损耗和组件数量。
