RT2613是高效率的降压转换器，在 2.95V~6V 输入电压范围内，具有3A输出电流的能力。<br>RT2613在全输入和负载范围内的输出电压精度为 ±3%；其工作频率为 2MHz，容许使用小尺寸的电感；其集成化开关的导通阻抗为 45mΩ，静态电流消耗为 550μA，使其效率达到了最优化。<br>RT2613的欠压锁定保护电压为 2.7V。当VIN也同时作为EN端的控制信号时，可以通过对EN端外接电阻网络的不同比值间接实现欠压锁定电压的调节。RT2613具有电感电流限制、欠压锁定和热关机保护等功能，其过温保护温度阈值为 145°C。<br>RT2613 的封装是WQFN-16L 3x3。
