使用VQFN-20L 3.5x4热加强封装的RT2660具备6V输入、6A输出能力的同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，设计用于 DDR 内存总线的终端调节器，它具有持续6A的电流吐纳能力和固定的1/2 VDDQ 输出。它所采用的使用外部补偿电路的电流模式COT架构赋予其在全负载范围内的经过优化的瞬态响应能力，并在全输入、输出范围内具有几乎固定的开关切换工作频率。多个不同的过流限制阈值和开关切换工作频率设定集赋予不同应用优化的电源设计。<br>通过使用集成化的20mΩ/10mΩ MOSFET开关，效率得到了最大化提升；逐周期电流限制保护可对抗输出短路；输出电压对外部输入的跟踪功能、输出端软放电、电源状态指示、输出与输入之间的直通功能都被RT2660收纳其中。此外，该器件可在0°C~85°C温度范围内工作，并且都能提供卓越的调节性能，其参考电压在全温度范围内都能保持±1%的精准度。
