RT2701 是双相同步降压型脉宽调制控制器，配备集成驱动器。已针对高性能图形微处理器和计算机应用对集成驱动器进行了优化。集成电路将一个脉宽调制控制器、两个 12V 金氧半场效晶体管驱动器（带内部阴极负载二极管）、输出电流监测和保护功能融入 WQFN-24L 4x4 成套包。RT2701采用 DCR 和 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流传感。通过连续传感器 DCR 电流传感实现过电流保护，同时， R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流传感用于精确的通道电流平衡。使用两种电流采样方法，最大限度地利用每种技术的优点。 RT2701 的另一个特点是一位 VID 控制操作，其中回馈电压受到调节，并追踪外部输入基准电压。其它特点包括可调操作频率、外部补偿和启用/停用功能。
