RT2702 是与 DrMOS 配套使用的高效、大电流同步 Buck 控制器，使用 COT 固定导通时间控制架构，可生成控制 DrMOS 的 PWM 信号，外部电路元件数量少、设计简单容易，其 FCOT 柔性固定导通时间控制技术对输入电压的变化可即时做出响应。它内含的 5V 线性稳压器可为 DrMOS 供电，其负载能力达 100mA。为兼顾效率和瞬态响应特性，RT2702 在轻载条件下可在两种模式间进行切换，其一是 ASM 音频跨越模式以获得高转换效率，另一个是具有较好瞬态响应特性的 FCCM 强制电流连续模式。在电流检测方面，RT2702 既支持传统的 DCR 网络电感电流检测，也支持智能功率级提供的电流监测方法。</br>RT2702 还具有 Power Good 指示、外部可挑的软启动设定、软关机放电功能、精确的电流检测、使能/禁能控制、过压保护、欠压保护、电流限制和过热关机保护等功能等功能，所有这一切都被集成在 WQFN-16L 3x3 封装里。
