RT2910 是一款集成高压（HV）开关驱动器的 PWM 反相转换器。高压开关驱动器可保护负载免受高电压瞬态冲击，并在发生过压事件时，通过控制外部 N 沟道 MOSFET 的栅极（Gate）来调节输出电压，将输出限制在安全范围内，使负载能够持续正常工作。 RT2910 同时监测 VHV 与 SNS 引脚之间的压降，以提供过电流故障保护。内置放大器会将电流检测电压限制在 50mV。若故障状态持续存在，外部 MOSFET 将被关闭；经过一段冷却时间后，栅极驱动信号会重新启用，使 MOSFET 再次导通。此外，高压开关驱动器还支持背靠背 MOSFET（Back-to-Back FET）结构，以防止输出端产生反向漏电流。 高效率 PWM 反相转换器可帮助设计人员实现低噪声、小尺寸的负电压 DC-DC 电源方案。RT2910 可在 +4V 至 +7V 的输入电压范围内工作，并产生 -0.5V 至 -12.5V 的负输出电压。 为了降低开关噪声，RT2910 采用电流模式固定频率 PWM 控制架构。开关频率可通过外接电阻设置在 300kHz 至 800kHz 范围内。
