RT3601 是集成了一个驱动器的 IMVP8 兼容 CPU 用电源控制器，它采用立锜专有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为核心的电流模式控制架构的 G-NAVP™ 技术，具有易于设定电压随载下降参数的特性，满足所有 Intel CPU 对 AVP (Adaptive Voltage Positioning, 自适应电压定位) 性能的需求，在负载瞬变期间有快速响应机制以实现优化的 AVP 性能。其串行 VID 接口可与 Intel IMVP8 兼容 CPU 进行通讯，可以快速、慢速和自然变换共三种不同的速度支持 VID 的实时变换。即使在 CCM 模式下工作期间，其工作频率也能随着 VID、负载和输入电压的不同而自动变化，从而获得最佳的效率改善效果。通过将 G-NAVP™ 技术与 CCRCOT （Constant Current Ripple COT, 固定电流纹波 COT）技术相结合，它在整个输入、输出范围内都能获得最佳的输出电压纹波表现。其内建的高精度 DAC 可将 SVID 编码变换为 0.25V~1.52V 的输出电压，级差仅为 5mV。其内建的高精度 ADC 可用于平台参数的设定，快速响应触发电平即是通过这种方法进行设定的，两个电压轨的通道地址也可通过设定功能进行交换。它还提供 VR Ready 输出信号，还具有完善的故障保护功能如过压保护、欠压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护等。其封装形式为 WQFN-28L 4x4。
