RT3661 是一款双输出 PWM 控制器，内置 2 路集成驱动器，并符合 AMD SVI2 电压调节器规范，可同时支持 CPU 核心（VDD）与 CPU 北桥部分（VDDNB）供电。RT3661 采用 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple Constant On-Time，恒电流纹波恒导通时间）结合 G-NAVP（Green-Native AVP），这是立锜的专有拓扑。G-NAVP 使控制器更易于设定，以满足 AMD AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）对 VDD/VDDNB 的各项要求。通过设置误差放大器的直流增益即可轻松编程下垂（droop）。在适当补偿下，负载瞬态响应可实现优化的 AVP 性能。该控制器也通过接口发出 VOTF Complete，并向 VDD/VDDNB 域发送数字编码的电压与电流数值。RT3661 可在二极管仿真（diode emulation）模式下工作，以提升轻载效率，并可通过引脚设定提供电流增益调整能力。RT3661 提供 Power Good 指示、热指示（VRHOT_L），并具备完整的故障保护功能，包括过电流、过电压以及欠电压保护。
