RT4812 可让系统充分利用新型电池化学特性，即使电池电压低于系统电源 IC 所需电压时，仍能提供可观能量。通过结合内置功率晶体管、同步整流与低供电电流，此 IC 可为采用先进锂离子电池化学技术的系统提供紧凑解决方案。RT4812 是一款升压稳压器，设计用于从单节锂离子电池提供最低输出电压，即使电池电压低于系统最低需求时亦可工作。在升压模式下，于最高 2.1A 负载电流时仍可保证输出电压调节。关断模式下的静态电流低于 1μA，可最大化电池寿命。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
