RT5715 是一款 2A 高效率同步降压转换器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant-On-Time，ACOT®）架构。产品可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内工作，输出电压可设置在 0.45V 至 VIN 之间，以满足各类低压供电需求。 RT5715 集成低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，并采用低静态电流设计，因此能够在宽负载范围内保持优异的转换效率。先进 ACOT® 控制架构可在各种负载条件下提供优异的瞬态响应能力，并允许使用更少的外围元件与输出电容，从而有效降低系统成本及 PCB 面积。 该产品支持最高 2.7MHz 的开关频率，可显著缩小输出电感与电容尺寸，非常适合空间受限的高密度电源设计应用。 RT5715 内置完善保护机制，包括输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、过电流保护（OCP）以及过温关断保护（Thermal Shutdown），提高系统可靠性与安全性。 逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）可有效防止输出短路造成器件损坏，而软启动（Soft-Start）功能则可抑制启动期间的输入浪涌电流，确保系统平稳启动。 RT5715 采用 WDFN-8SL 2mm × 2mm 封装。
