RT5760 是一款简单易用的 1A 同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 6V。产品内置精准的 0.6V 基准电压，并集成低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可在小型 SOT-563（FC）封装中实现高转换效率。 RT5760 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，仅需少量外围元件即可提供超快速瞬态响应，并能够在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内保持近乎固定的开关频率。 RT5760A 与 RT5760C 采用自动省电模式（PSM），可在轻载条件下保持高转换效率；RT5760B 与 RT5760D 则采用强制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），有助于满足对输出电压稳压精度要求较高的应用需求。 RT5760 可同时检测高侧与低侧 MOSFET 电流，以提供可靠的过电流保护功能。产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止因输出短路、过电流或电感饱和等异常情况造成器件损坏。 此外，内置软启动（Soft-Start）功能可有效抑制启动期间的浪涌电流。产品还集成输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）及过温保护（OTP），确保在各种工作条件下均能安全稳定运行。
