RT6160 是一款高效率、单电感、采用 ACOT®（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制的单芯片同步升降压（buck-boost）转换器，可在 2.2V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内提供最高 3A 的输出电流。其可稳压数字可编程的输出电压，范围为 2.025V 至 5.2V，因此适用于各种输入供电应用场景，无论输入电压低于、高于或等于输出电压均可使用。ACOT® 控制架构具备优异的线性/负载瞬态响应、升压与降压模式间的无缝转换，并可在不需要复杂外部补偿的情况下，配合小型陶瓷输出电容实现稳定工作。RT6160 内置 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口，可用于输出电压可编程、超声波模式控制、VOUT DVS 转换斜率（slew-rate）调节，以及器件状态监控。目标输出电压也可通过外部 VSEL 引脚切换以执行 DVS（dynamic voltage scaling），并且 DVS 的上升斜率与斜坡模式可通过配置相关寄存器进行设定。RT6160 具有自动 PFM（Pulse Frequency Modulation）模式，采用低静态电流设计，典型值仅 3μA，可在轻载运行时保持高效率。在较高负载下，器件会自动切换至 2.2MHz 固定频率控制，可使用小型封装的滤波元件有效平滑开关纹波电压。其集成的低 RDS(ON) 功率 MOSFET 在重载条件下展现优异效率。在关断模式下，电源电流典型值为 0.1μA，有助于降低功耗；若需要固定频率，也可禁用 PFM 模式。RT6160 采用紧凑型 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3（BSC）封装。建议的结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
