RT6203是采用ACOT™控制架构的同步Buck转换器，输入电压范围为4.5V至18V，负载能力为6A，无需使用外部补偿元件而具有极高的瞬态响应速度。在它完成上电启动即可通过I<SUP>2</SUP>C兼容的VID控制总线送入编码控制其输出电压，其调节范围为0.6V至1.62V，另有特殊编码可调节其电流限制阈值和过热关机阈值，关机和启动也能通过特殊编码来完成。它的软起动设计也是内置的。
