RT6243是高性能的同步Buck转换器，输入电压范围为4.5V至17V，负载能力为12A，使用0.6V参考电压，集成了低R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB>的功率开关和自举二极管，可构成非常紧凑的解决方案。<BR>RT6243采用ACOT™控制架构，具有超快的瞬态响应速度，外部元件少，稳态下的工作频率基本稳定，与输入条件、负载大小和输出电压的关系不大，有利于简化EMI滤波器的设计。<BR>器件提供多种功能以提升设计的灵活性，可选的工作频率、电流限制阈值和PWM工作模式都使得RT6243可被使用在多种场合，独立的使能控制输入和电源就绪指示输出可被很方便地使用在需要进行时序管理的地方。为了抑制输入端的电流冲击，器件提供可调整的软起动设计，一只SS端外界的电容即可满足需要。它还具有多重保护功能设计，如逐周期电流限制、过压保护、欠压保护、输入欠压锁定保护和过热保护。<BR>RT6243使用热性能很好的VQFN-18L 3.5x3.5 (FC) 封装。
