RT6263 是一款简单易用的 3A 同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 17V。产品内置高精度基准电压，并集成低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可提供优异的转换效率。 RT6263 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，仅需少量外围元件即可实现超快速瞬态响应，并能够在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内保持接近固定的开关频率。RT6263A 采用自动省电模式（PSM），可在轻载条件下保持高效率运行；RT6263B 则采用强制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），有助于满足严格的输出电压稳压精度要求。 RT6263 可同时检测高侧与低侧 MOSFET 电流，提供可靠的过电流保护（OCP）。产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止因输出短路、过电流或电感饱和等异常情况造成器件损坏。通过在外部 SS 引脚连接电容，可实现可编程软启动功能，以控制启动期间的浪涌电流。 此外，产品还集成输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）及过温保护（OTP），确保在各种工作条件下均能安全稳定运行。 建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
