RT6300 是一款适用于 LPDDR5 与 LPDDR5X 存储器的集成式电源管理 IC 解决方案。该器件提供两个单路降压电压调节器 VDD2H (RT6300/ RT6300:1.065V/8A, RT6300:1.05V/8A) 与 VDDQ (0.52V 或 0.32V/3A)、一个 LDO VDD2L (0.92V/1.5A)，以及一个负载开关 VDD1 (1.8V/1A)。RT6300 支持 VDD2L 与 1-bit VID，可动态调整 VDDQ 输出电压，从而满足 LPDDR5/5X DVFSC 与 DVFSQ 应用需求。RT6300 采用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架构，可提供超快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在线路、负载与输出电压范围内以近乎恒定的开关频率运行，并简化 EMI 滤波器设计。RT6300 在轻载条件下以二极管仿真模式 (DEM) 运行，可提供最佳轻载效率。其亦支持多种运行模式 S0、S3 与 S4/5，并由 EN/EN_VDDQ 控制输入控制。RT6300 提供完整保护功能，包括逐周期电流限制、OVP、UVP、输入 UVLO 与 OTP。所有功能均集成于 WQFN-19L 3x3 (FC) 封装中。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
