RT6323 是一款高效率同步降压转换器，具备 600kHz 伪恒定开关频率，可提供高达 8A 连续输出电流与 10A 峰值输出电流。RT6323 可在 3V to 23V 输入电压下运行。其支持 2-bit VID 与低功耗模式 (LPM#)，可动态改变输出电压，以满足 VDD_MEM 应用需求。RT6323 采用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架构，可提供超快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在输入电压、负载与输出电压范围内以近乎恒定的开关频率运行，并简化 EMI 滤波器设计。RT6323 在轻载条件下以二极管仿真模式 (DEM) 运行，可提供最佳轻载效率。RT6323 提供 Power-Good 指示器，便于系统时序控制。其亦集成完整保护功能，包括逐周期电流限制、OVP、UVP、输入 UVLO 与 OTP。所有功能均集成于 VQFN-13L 2x3 (FC) 封装中。建议结温范围为 −40°C to 125°C。
