RT6541 是用于将电池高电压转换为 CPU 用低电压的同步 Buck 控制器，具有效率高、瞬态响应特性好、输出电压精度高等特性，其输出电压可用 G0 引脚的控制信号在 0.78V 和 0.95V 之间进行选择。它采用 COT 控制架构，可在很宽的输入、输出电压比下工作，可对负载瞬变提供高达 100ns 级的及时响应，同时维持几乎不变的开关切换工作频率。</br>RT6541 无需使用传统电流模式控制架构中需要的电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。它还具备驱动大型同步整流 MOSFET 的能力，轻载条件下可进入二极管仿真模式运行以进一步提高效率，因而能以尽可能高的效率将电池高电压转化为低电压供负载使用。</br>RT6541 的封装形式为 WDFN-14L 3x2。
